Zenith allows agents to add notes to bookings, despite the fact that it has a built-in tool that instantly logs most action performed on a ticket.
To view the zenith logs, go to the bottom of a booking page, click on CHANGES HISTORY .
By doing this action, the following screen about the logs appears:
Each line represents an action taken by the system itself or specific user:

Regardless the history, it is important to had remarks on a booking, in order to have a better follow-up and a stronger customer relation, this can help all of us to better support both internal and external person. it help agents see what was said or asked in order to understand the action that was taken and know how to proceed.
Here is how to add a note:
Again, at the bottom of the booking itinerary, there is a Booking information section, we focus more on the Note field.
There you can add notes. Feel free to delete the old ones and replace by the remark you want to add.
Once note is entered and redacted to your satisfaction, click on Save changes.
N.B: The remarks added are not modifiable, non deletable in the changes history.
It can only be deleted in the note section.
