ATTACH DOCUMENTS TO BOOKING

Here are the steps to follow when a booking must include some important documentation:

1- Click PNR document.





2/3- Choose file from the computer and Upload the file.



The uploaded document will appear as below:



By documenting a booking, any agent can have as much informations they need to assist the passenger.


Example of documentations:

- Voucher confirmation
 - Medical documents
 - Pregnancy Authorization paper to travel
 - UM signed forms
 - AVIH/ Pet in cabin documents 


N.B: More than one document may be added, by repeating the process for each file.
