CHANGES / WAIVER Affected flight JULY due to Government restrictions HT and DR

Please read carefully below the waiver and restrictions for National Flights HAITI and Rescheduling forJBQ PAP flights, approved by the Commercial Department.

Remember to send your requests through res control Helpdesk for assistance.

1.       Due to " Force Majeure",  on 7, 8, 9,  airports were closed in Haiti. No fights were operated (As we started rescheduling flights) and we have given the waiver to change without fees for up to 6 MONTHS for these 3 days ONLY

2.        All tickets in Haiti (national flights only) from the 10th to 31st July may change their tickets without fees for up to 2 months from the original traveling date / 1 change free for affected tickets. This applies only for tickets paid/issued before July 21st or those paxs affected by any Sunrise Airways schedule change.

       3. The Dominican Republic closed all borders with Haiti since July 7th until July 21st.All flights on those days in between have also been canceled to/from HAITI and DR due to " Force Majeure " DR Government restrictions. Those affected paxs with tickets issued from 7th until 21st, S6 will grant a waiver to travel within 6 months - Without Penalties - 1 change free for affected tickets.

       4. All paxs to From JBQ/PAP with tickets starting 22 JULY (when operations will be resumed) will be handled based on original fare rules. 


Since Cancelations have not been inherent with Sunrise Airways operations, no refund should be requested, Waivers (explained above) and fare rules, will apply.

- Please remember that Zenith also send messages when paxs have schedule changes, delays etc. Should you need to confirm, you may check in Zenith under CRM tracking.
