Tickets are non-endorsable. non-transferable, meaning Name changes are not allowed.
We can allow an error up to 3 letters only, if it does not change the meaning of the name.
Here is a few examples that are not allowed even is it is only 1 letter;
Francisco to Francisca
Hernandez to Fernandez.
If the passenger is no longer traveling , the ticket must be cancelled and used in the future, following the fare restrictions.
On occasions where the passenger request needs an evaluation based on special cases such as death of a direct family member (parents, siblings) the appropriate documentation is required such as death and birth certificates, in order to change it with manager authorization.
N.B: Reservation Agents must verify passenger and customer information with the person who calls or is present, before issuance of tickets. Those type of errors will not be threaten as an exception if previously mention recommendation is taken into account.
